David McLean Homes has set up a sales presence for its Saltra development in Salford Quays at the company’s sister scheme in Manchester, The Citadel.

“We’ve had such a great success with Saltra, during the off-plan sales phase,” comments Richard Tuke, Sales Director, “that we decided to start selling the development at full pace, even though we do not yet have a sales suite onsite. The development consists of six blocks - 287 apartments. Location is another plus point. Saltra is situated near one of the city’s most vibrant urban centres, with a myriad of restaurants, cinemas, and shopping malls just a stone’s throw away. There’s quick access to all of the city’s main financial and business districts by foot, and Exchange Quay and Salford Quays tram stops are on the doorstep.
